Currently residing in the Bywater, Nicole combines her love for historic properties with a keen interest in architectural styles, preservation, and restorations. Her focus in real estate centers on historic neighborhoods like the Bywater, Marigny, and the French Quarter, as well as waterfront properties where her extensive knowledge of waterfront living proves invaluable. Having designed and contracted her former 4000-square-foot waterfront home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Nicole possesses helpful insights into building requirements for flood-zone properties.
With a background in Education and Politics, Nicole believes in the importance of knowledge and relationship-building. Her empathetic nature and attention to detail, ensure that her clients always have a seamless real estate experience. Nicole’s innate ability to understand people's wants and needs helps her to match buyers with their dream homes, and sellers transition to the next phase of their lives.
In addition to earning her licenses in real estate for both Louisiana and Mississippi, Nicole has a profound educational background. Holding a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Ole Miss, a Bachelor’s of Interdisciplinary Studies in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Master of Education from William Carey University. Nicole is known for her passion for inspiring others to peak performance, a skill she honed through teaching and mentoring teenagers and their families.
